By accessing or using SongSmith (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. SongSmith is operated by SongSmith (“we”, “us”, “our”).
SongSmith is a web platform that automates music creation workflows using your own Suno subscription via a Chrome extension. The Service generates lyrics, concepts, album art, and video renders using AI. SongSmith does not host or provide Suno accounts — you must have your own active Suno subscription to generate music.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
SongSmith interacts with Suno.com through a Chrome extension that automates browser actions on your behalf. You acknowledge that: (a) you are responsible for complying with Suno’s own terms of service; (b) SongSmith is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Suno; (c) changes to Suno’s platform may affect SongSmith functionality.
The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you perform actions such as generating concepts, creating art, or rendering videos. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the terms of any third-party services used in the generation process (including Suno and AI model providers). SongSmith retains all rights to the platform, code, design, and trademarks.
You may not: (a) use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service; (c) share or resell your account access; (d) use automated tools to abuse the credit system.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any remaining credits are forfeited.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
